nurse will perform TRIAGE, meaning they will assess the reason for your arrival and your condition.<br \/>You will be assigned a color code that will determine your priority for examination.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"accessps-photo accessps-photo--fade\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/accesspstheme\/assets\/images\/accessps\/arrivo\/header-sala-attesa.png\" alt=\"\"><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"accessps-section\">\n<h2>Documents and information to prepare<\/h2>\n<p><strong>When you enter triage, it is important to have the following with you, if you possess them:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health insurance card (if available)<\/li>\n<li>TEAM or STP card (<a href=\"https:\/\/access-ps.org\/stp\/\"><strong>click for information<\/strong><\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additionally, you must be ready to communicate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Which medications you take regularly (if possible, with a list or a photo of the packaging)<\/li>\n<li>If you suffer from known illnesses (for example, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems, or other pathologies)<\/li>\n<li>If you have any drug allergies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"accessps-section\">\n<h2>What happens during TRIAGE<\/h2>\n<p>When you enter the <strong>TRIAGE BOX<\/strong>, the nurse performs an initial assessment of your condition.<br \/>This assessment takes place in several steps:<\/p>\n<div class=\"accessps-two-col\">\n<div>\n<p><strong>You will be asked some questions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You must explain:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The problem for which you have come<\/li>\n<li>When it started<\/li>\n<li>Whether it has improved, worsened, or remained the same<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<p>\t\t\t<span class=\"accessps-inline-icon\"><img decoding=\"async\" be inserted for further blood sampling or the subsequent administration of medication.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"accessps-section\">\n<h2>What you will be given by the nurse:<\/h2>\n<p>\t\t<span class=\"accessps-inline-icon\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/accesspstheme\/assets\/images\/accessps\/arrivo\/icona-tre-cifre.png\" alt=\"\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>A slip with a<br \/>THREE-DIGIT number.<\/strong><br \/>This is the number by which you will<br \/>be called for your examination.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t<span the waiting room:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remain in this area until you are called for the medical examination.<\/li>\n<li>You will be called by the <strong>assigned 3-digit number<\/strong> found on the slip given to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The color code <strong>serves to establish the waiting time<\/strong><br \/>before the examination.<\/p>\n<div class=\"accessps-code-list\">\n\t\t\t<span
